As a listed company, we understand that respecting and safeguarding human rights is an important cornerstone for sustainable development. We are committed to effectively respecting, upholding and promoting human rights in our business operations, business cooperation and supply chain management, and ensuring that our actions are in line with internationally recognised human rights standards through the development and implementation of a comprehensive human rights protection policy.

We endorse the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and other international rules and guidelines, which cover child labour, forced or involuntary labour, health and safety, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, humane treatment, working hours, remuneration and benefits, freedom of association, privacy protection, learning and development, etc., and relate to all aspects of employee selection, training, development, appointment and separation. We are committed to proactively undertaking corporate social responsibility in all aspects of employee selection, training, development, appointment and separation. In addition, we have established corresponding communication and feedback and supervision mechanisms to ensure the implementation of these policies, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promote the harmonious development of social relations.

I. Policy Principles

1. Respect for human rights: We believe that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity. We prohibit all forms of forced and enslaved labour, prohibit the recruitment of child labourers, pay attention to and respect relatively disadvantaged or vulnerable groups, and do our best to protect their rights and interests.

2. Prohibition of discrimination and anti-harassment: We respect the dignity and rights of every person and do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, nationality, origin, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, trade union membership, property, political or other opinion, age or otherwise. At the same time, we require our employees to adhere to the ethics of equal workplace interaction and to strongly resist workplace violence and harassment.

3. Equality and Free Choice: We provide our employees with equal opportunities for employment and development, insist on equal pay for equal work, and ensure their freedom of movement, choice of employment and separation.

4、Safety and Health:We are committed to providing a safe and hygienic working environment, necessary labour protection measures and safety training to prevent work-related accidents and occupational diseases. At the same time, we care about the physical and mental health of our employees and provide them with health and safety training.

5、Labour Rights and Interests:We abide by the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where we are located, and conclude labour contracts with our employees in a language they understand, so as to ensure that our employees enjoy legitimate labour remuneration, social security, working hours, rest and leave and other rights and interests.

6、Cultivation and development: We establish mature staff development and training channels, provide employees with appropriate management, technology, skills training and empowerment to help employees improve their business ability and better adapt to the work needs, and provide all employees with fair career development opportunities and transparent promotion mechanism.

7. Freedom of Association and Expression: We respect employees‘ spontaneous exchanges and form organisations to collectively express, promote, pursue and maintain common interests, and protect employees’ freedom of peaceful assembly and association. We respect employees' freedom of expression and encourage employees to contribute to the development of Weifeng Electronics, we build a platform for employees to express different views, in order to create an open channel of exchange, communication and feedback.

8、Personal information protection: We attach importance to privacy and personal information protection. We deal with personal information in strict accordance with laws and regulations and the internal control requirements of Weifeng Electronics, and take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the safety of personal information.

II. Partners and Supply Chain

We expect our business partners and suppliers to respect internationally recognised human rights, comply with all applicable laws, and conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner. We implement sustainable human rights management in our supply chain and work with our business partners and suppliers to reduce and prevent human rights risks in our business and supply chain and to ensure that human rights are respected and safeguarded throughout the value chain.
